Hello Benetay,
I've done the same thing as what you 've did, but did not produce good results. You have to put them (ie: T andreana) in a fridge for about a month or more to get them blooming.
It doesn't seems to work for high altitude plants like T. erubescens. I am from Malaysia and both of us experience the same weather condition.
Guess this is a dilemma for us!
