Mature, open, huge rosette to 1.8 metres diameter x 75cm. high. Leaf width 7cm. tapering to a point. Bronze green leaves with median (central) creamy white stripes flushed pink/red. In March, 1998 Chester Skotak received a 1/4 variegated Alc. imperialis --exact origin unknown--from Rio de Janeiro nurseryman Rafael Oliveira. Chester developed the wide stripes by selection and propagated this sport. This clone does not produce adventitious pups--normal robust variegated offsets arise from leaf axils.
