Mature, open rosette to 60 cm diameter. Outspreading, narrow, spoke-like reddish green leaves, turning dusky pink in strong light and tapering to a point. Recessed, compound, star-like inflorescence of white outer scape bracts,pointed light green ovaries / sepals and creamy yellow flowers. The Portuguese word "orgulho" means "pride" in English. Reg.
