Semi bulbous, compact rosette to 10-15cm. wide. Light green, narrowly channeled, heavily frosted, recurving leaves to 20 cm. long. Inflorescence single spiked, or occasionally few branched, inflated with salmon-pink, frosted bracts bearing long, tubular purple-petalled flowers. Named in memory of Renate and Klaus Ehlers from Germany. Reg. Doc. 7/2023 Country of origin: N.S.W. Australia
