Mature, upright rosette to 45cm. diameter x 53cm. high. In strong light, stiff, leathery, purplish bronze or red-tinted lime green leaves with red spines and sharp terminal tips. Erect spike to 1.47 metres high, woolly-stemmed weathering to bare red, branched (up to 10) with green woolly cones and tubular violet flowers, fading to brown. Grex sibling = H. 'Capricorn 360'.
