Mature, large, upright, outspreading rosette to 65cm. diameter x 75cm. high. Black-spined, strap-like, scurfed, semi-glossy, dark maroon leaves with faint silver cross-banding on the foliage reverse. Erect, branched, woolly red-stemmed spike to 1.1 metres tall. Side branches to 15cm. long with scurfed light red/green floral bracts and lilac flowers. Reg. Doc. 9/2017.
