Mature rosette to 50cms. diameter x 30cms. high. Thick, recurving purplish green leaves each tapering to a point with tiny spines and silver foliage reverse. Erect, simple inflorescence to 75cms. tall with a mealy, brown peduncle and red tubular flowers.
